T\u00fcrk\u00e7ede <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131 ge\u00e7ici olmayan bellek<\/strong> anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bilgisayarlarda temel olarak iki tip depolama belle\u011fi vard\u0131r. Bunlardan biri neredeyse her bilgisayarda bulunan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cenuta.com\/blog\/hdd-ne-demek-ve-sabit-disk-nedir-hdd-ne-ise-yarar-nasil-takilir-ve-hizlandirilir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hard disklerdir<\/a><\/strong>. Hard diskler genel olarak 3.5 in\u00e7 boyutundad\u0131rlar. \u00dczerinde d\u00f6ner okuma ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan hard diskler, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cenuta.com\/blog\/rpm-ne-demek-bilgisayarda-rpm-anlami-nedir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RPM <\/a><\/strong>d\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131 ile do\u011fru orant\u0131dad\u0131r. Bir di\u011fer depolama ayg\u0131t\u0131 ise <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cenuta.com\/blog\/ssd-nedir-ve-ne-ise-yarar-ssd-disk-bilgisayar-ve-laptop-uzerinde-nereye-ve-nasil-takilir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSD&#8217;dir<\/a><\/strong>. SSD g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bir hayli pop\u00fcler olmu\u015f durumda ve hard diske g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131d\u0131r. SSD depolama t\u00fcrleri tamamen entegre olan elektronik devrelerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NVMe, SSD depolama t\u00fcrlerinin yerine tasarlanm\u0131\u015f <strong>PCI Express<\/strong> arabirimini kullanan ve olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir depolama teknolojisidir. <strong>NVMe<\/strong> ad\u0131n\u0131 alan bu teknoloji <strong><strong>PCIe<\/strong><\/strong> veri yolunu kullanarak y\u00fcksek h\u0131zlarda veri aktar\u0131m\u0131 yapmay\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. <strong>NVMe <\/strong>teknolojisi <strong>SSD <\/strong>birimleri i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek performans nedeniyle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde olduk\u00e7a fazla tercih edilmektedir. <strong>NAND<\/strong> belleklerin kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 performans g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131karabilmek amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilen teknolojidir. Hard diske g\u00f6re s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nvme-ne-kadar-hizli\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NVMe_Ne_Kadar_Hizli\"><\/span>NVMe Ne Kadar H\u0131zl\u0131?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PCIe teknolojisi, SATA&#8217;dan sonra en y\u00fcksek bant geni\u015fli\u011fi&nbsp;sunan arabirimdir. En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyatl\u0131 PCle SSD&#8217;ler bile, SATA 3.0 teknolojisinden \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. H\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi ise, PCIe\u2019lerde veri aktar\u0131m\u0131&nbsp;i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan kanal say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n SATA\u2019lara g\u00f6re daha fazla olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SATA, SSD birimi bilgisayara ba\u011flarken en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan ve bilinen aray\u00fczd\u00fcr. SATA daha yava\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sabit diskler i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur ve AHCI protokol\u00fcn\u00fc destekler. SATA, SSD birimlerin h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayan bir teknolojidir, bu sebeple daha yeni teknolojiler kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nedeni ise, SATA aray\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn 600 mb\/s k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131d\u0131r, \u00e7o\u011fu SSD&#8217;nin okuma ve yazma h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n genellikle 500-550 mb\/s s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda olmas\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni budur. SATA aray\u00fcz\u00fcnden daha y\u00fcksek h\u0131z sa\u011flayan <strong>NVMe&nbsp;<\/strong>teknolojisi hayat\u0131m\u0131za girdi. Sata 3.0\u2019\u0131n getirdi\u011fi 600 mb\/s k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131, NVMe aray\u00fcz\u00fc sayesinde a\u015f\u0131larak 32Gbit\/s h\u0131zlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NVMe&nbsp;teknolojisi <strong>AHCI protokol\u00fcn\u00fcn <\/strong>yerini almas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. AHCI protokol\u00fc de y\u0131llar \u00f6nce <strong>IDE <\/strong>protokol\u00fcn\u00fcn yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. AHCI sayesinde HDD birimleri veri y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc&nbsp;\u00e7ok daha verimli&nbsp;bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netiyordu. Ancak bu verimlilik SSD&#8217;lerde i\u015fe yaram\u0131yor. <strong>NVMe&nbsp;m.2 SSD<\/strong>&nbsp;teknolojisi ile birlikte SSD\u2019ler daha geni\u015f komutlar\u0131 daha verimli&nbsp;bir \u015fekilde i\u015fleyebiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nvme-m-2-ssd-nedir\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NVMe_M2_SSD_Nedir\"><\/span>NVMe M.2 SSD Nedir?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> NVMe M.2 SSD\u2019ler, SSD\u2019ler i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanan NVMe protokol\u00fcn\u00fc kullan\u0131r. NVMe SSD t\u00fcrleri PCI yuvalar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak direkt olarak sistem CPU sistemi ile ileti\u015fim kurar. NVMe M.2 SSD\u2019ler, SATA M.2 SSD\u2019lere g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha fazla performansa sahiptir. SATA M.2 SSD\u2019ler 6Gbps h\u0131za sahipken, NVMe M.2 SSD\u2019ler ise PCIe veri yolunu kullanarak 20Gbps\u2019ye varan h\u0131zlara ula\u015fabilir. PCIe veri yollar\u0131 1x, 4x, 8x, ve 16x hatlar\u0131n\u0131 destekler ve PCIe 3.0, hat ba\u015f\u0131na 985 MB\/s etkili aktarma h\u0131z\u0131na sahiptir. M.2 SSD&#8217;ler geleneksel 2,5 in\u00e7 SSD&#8217;lere g\u00f6re \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde daha ufakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle daha az yer kaplar. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boyutlara sahip olsalar bile, M.2 SSD&#8217;ler, di\u011fer SSD&#8217;ler kadar veri tutabilir.
